For deliveries in France, you enjoy a premium 24h/48h delivery service on all your orders.

For deliveries in Europe outside France, delivery takes approximately 72 hours.

Parcels are handed over in person, against signature.

If you're not home, you can reschedule your delivery the day before or choose a pickup point, directly from our carrier's tracking email.

We deliver worldwide, and shipping is FREE in France on orders of 299 euros or more.

You can reschedule your delivery or choose a pickup point with DPD directly on their website.

Don't panic: if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll be happy to update your details.

Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has left our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Once an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, from which your item will be shipped.

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel ships. You can then follow its progress on our website under the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.

Absolutely. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any product you are not completely satisfied with.

For cosmetic products that have been unsealed, the right of withdrawal does not apply for reasons of hygiene and health protection; ENISSATI COSMETICS will therefore not refund any amounts paid by the customer under any circumstances.

Nigella smoothing is better suited to thick hair, helping to reduce volume and encourage growth. It is nourishing.

Hydra smoothing, on the other hand, deeply hydrates the hair and adds shine and suppleness. Ideal if you want to keep volume while smoothing your hair.

Absolutely. Every parcel containing a smoothing treatment includes very detailed instructions tailored to each hair type.

So you'll be fully guided through your application.

Our smoothing treatments last 6 to 8 months, and very often you'll only need to touch up your regrowth if it's curly or wavy.

The lengths generally stay smooth.

Do not apply to elastic/burnt, severely damaged or heavily bleached hair, or hair treated with henna containing metallic salts.

Formaldehyde-free, our smoothing and botox treatments are suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women and for children from age 9.

None of our products contain formaldehyde.

Our smoothing treatments use nanotechnology, which means they don't require a clarifying shampoo.

Simply apply to clean hair washed with a basic shampoo for an easier smoothing experience.

You can redo your smoothing treatment as soon as regrowth appears.

If you want to redo your smoothing treatment on all of your hair, we recommend waiting at least 3 months.

Our botox treatments can be done at any time after a smoothing treatment, with no waiting period.

Using a flat iron with the Botox treatment is not required.

Heat must be applied: you can simply blow-dry or use a straightener.

Ideally, the botox treatment should be done once a month.

Yes, all our smoothing and BTX treatments rinse out 100% with water alone.
