RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable (and expired) goods, such as cosmetics, cannot be returned.


Other items not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software, digital products (such as online training)
* Certain health and personal care products, opened cosmetics

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at sav@enissaticcosmetics.com and send your article to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
